Non-Linear Control

    Hi,

Apologies if this has already been dealt with elsewhere, but is it possible to have the option to assign a user-defined non-linear operation to various analogue contols, notably the sliders?

Sometimes it's useful to have either more or less sensitivity to the control at various points in it's operation. At the moment the output from the control is linear and directly proportional to the distance it has moved. Being able to define non-linear attributes would be incredibly helpful, especially in models where fine control is necessary but where it is not mechanically possible.

For example, I have a model with 180 degree steering which is necessary for close manoeuvring but this makes it difficult to steer at higher speeds. If I could, say, define the steering control so that the first 60% of the control's travel controlled only 20% of it's total output I could have much greater control over my model.

    Thanks for your consideration.
