    Dear Eduardo,

We can refund the VAT through PayPal. Just let us know your EU VAT number.
You can contact us at info@sbrick.com

Thank you for this proposal. The problem is that the invoice itself should also not include the VAT... Could you provide another invoice without VAT?

    Best regards

    Eduardo

    Hi

Well, indeed this was a company purchase... I put all the data of the company...

VAT is added whenever an individual person buys from a company, by definition. For intraeuropean sales, the VAT is the VAT of the supplier's country.

Invoice CAN be issued VAT excluded only when a company is the buyer. If VAT is included in the invoice, the buyer can register the VAT as for any purchase and can be deducted accordingly.

But you're right Eduardo, I don't remember having received an invoice for my SBrick ;)

    Hi

I live in Spain andI have tríed to order an a sbrick and I see that the VAT is added to order, and this is not correct, due to the fact that it is an intraeuropean operation, with the side effect that the invoice can not be later added to an accounting system. It also surprises me that no invoicing data is asked ( so no possible invoice).

    Can you explain this?

Best regards and thank you for a great idea (that for now I can't purchase)

    Eduardo

Pd: I open this because mail sent has not been answered
