the location information (GPS coordinates) connected to your activities shared via the Application or the Website;
any personal information included in any user content generated by you in connection with the use of the Application or the Website;
(b) Anonymous usage information
Depending on the operating system of your mobile device you will be able to restrict the access of the Application in respect of one or more of the above listed data in the privacy settings of your mobile device. In such case however, some functions of the Application or the Website may not be available to you anymore.
We do not intentionally collect either sensitive data (i.e. personal data concerning racial origin, affiliation to national and ethnic minority, political opinions or party affiliation, religious or other beliefs, membership in representation organisations, as well as personal data concerning health, pathological addiction or sexual life and criminal personal data) or personal data related to children under the age of 16. Therefore, please do not provide us with such information.
Who has access to your personal data?
For what purposes is the personal data processed?
We only use your personal identifiable data to provide you with a personal account in the Application and the Website as a member of the SBrick Community, which makes it possible for you to create, publish or share your content in the course of or in connection with the use of the Website or the Application. Depending on your settings and actions, we may publicly display such content under your name and portrait (associated to your Facebook account) on the Website and in the publicly available online social area of the Application.
It may be also possible that plugins of different social community websites (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, …) are implemented in connection with certain functions of the Website or Application. If you are a registered user of these social community portals, by using such plugins you agree that – depending on the function of the given plugin – your personal data (name, portrait) and the content generated by you may be displayed publicly on the given social community portal. The privacy policies of the given social community service providers shall be applicable for any data processing conducted by them as a result of the use of these plugins. You shall accept those privacy policies before using any of such social community plugins.
Furthermore, if you opt-in on the home screen of the Website, we may also send you e-mail messages including notifications, advertisements or other direct communication related to the Website, the Application, the SBrick device or the SBrick Community (including the other members’ activities).
For how long is the personal data processed?
Vengit Limited processes your personal data until you request the cancellation of your registration as a member of the SBrick Community.
What are my rights in connection with the processing of my personal data?
You are entitled to request information regarding the processing of your personal data. You may request information by sending an email to the email address email@example.com. Vengit Limited replies in writing no later than 30 (thirty) working days after the receipt of the request. You are furthermore entitled to request the correction of your personal data (by giving the correct data) by sending an email to the above email address. You may also request at any time the deletion of your personal data by sending an email to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you request the modification or deletion of your personal data, we are entitled but not obliged to ask you to provide an adequate certificate for identifying yourself in order to avoid unauthorized requests.
You understand that in case you request the deletion of your personal data related to your registration, you may not be able to use some or all of the functions of the Application or the Website in the future.
You also have the right to object against the processing of your personal data. In case of violation of any of your rights you are entitled to turn to the competent authorities or courts.
We take all reasonable measures being necessary to ensure the technical protection of your personal data against unauthorized access, damages or lost, and we train our employees to comply with all applicable legal provisions regarding the processing of your personal data.
