  If we go with Sbrick and only Lego parts.. Will one Brick Do the job ?.

  I think that lights on/off function should be manual. And lifting engine cover function too, because 2x RC motors requires 2 SBrick outputs. Another option - using 2x SBricks. Or just using 2x L or XL motor for propulsion.

  Motor forward / reverse
  Steering left/right
  Doors open/close
  Lights front/back
  Rear engine cover up/down
