Found the solution: (tldr; use scratchx.org)
When I try to load the Smart Blocks Template into scratch.mit.org, the blocks don't load. I did find that it works if you use scratchx.org.

hi Lenard, many thanks ! I checked the manual from your link and used scratchx... Sbrick has connected to scratchx all right.
All is fine.
But (there is always but)... in the manual for scratchx (you gave me) there are some blocks which I do not see in scratchx...
Where can I find them ? (I do not mean scratchx gallery... it is interesting but very limited )
You need to download a scratch project file directly from the driver UI. Then you can upload that project to the ScratchX editor and you will find the related blocks on the "more blocks" section.

Hi Gents
I am trying to start using my sbrick plus with scratch !
I have bluetooth on my PC, no any external dongles
SBRICK is Ok, it connects to the phone (iOS) and it connects to PC and you can test the motors
But I got several issues:
1) I install Sbrick Scratch Driver and its interface is different than as it is shown here https://social.sbrick.com/wiki/view/pageId/43/slug/sbrick-scratch-plugin-for-windows-10 src="/public/album_photo/e4/7f/eb3d04b96a003af85f9c0fc06317a679.png">
2) I save template for scratch on my desktop and then open it in scratch, and the main problem there are no SBRICK blocks !
Would be grateful for any advice on how to resolve this.
Simply scratch does not see SBRICK
Eugene.
