Now that the China knockoff buggy motors are becoming widely available, there is a need to understand techniques and limitations. I am discovering things the hard way, such as:
• Stacking two buggy motors on one output melts the bottom PF connector.
• Fast designs with two buggy motors often cause current limiting in the SBRICK. This is less likely to occur if I use a 8 v battery pack than if I use a 11 v pack.
• I've replaced the .8 A Bournes resettable fuses in the lego battery boxes with 2.5 A ones.
What are the best practices for driving the Buggy Motor with the SBRICK?
