Hi,
OTA 12 means that the fw uopdate failed somehow and SBrick is in the wrong state.
You can now try to fix with iOS app to with an another fw update.
If you are using iOS 14.x it can be a problem, many users (not just yours) reporting problems about the bluetooth stack crashing in iOS.
I have the exact same problem. Are there any support options that don't require using an Android app? I don't have an Android device to install that app on.

Hi,
yesterday I've installed the SBrick-Apps on my iPhone. Everything was working fine. connection was good.
After that I've updated the firmware and the connection is lost.
What can I don now? Any ideas?
It seems the SBrick FW update not went well. Can you please try to force upgrade with this software?
