I just partially fixed it tonight By using the SBrick Simple Control from Google Play (I learned about this app from this thread: https://social.sbrick.com/forums/topic/351/downgrading-sbrick-firmware/view/post_id/4433).
I used the "FORCED firmware update" which allowed me to chose version 5.17 (which i guess is Hardware Version 5, Firmware Version 17).
I cannot connect via the SBrick app, but i CAN control the ports using the SBrick Simple Control and control all four ports.  less

    Hello,
I wish to attempt a downgrade of the Firmware because i have upgraded it (from version 8 to version 17), and now one of the ports does not work. It did not work with Version 8 either. (This is also explained in this thread: https://social.sbrick.com/forums/topic/350/issue-pairing-with-windows-8-1).
Edit: Is it possible to get a hold of Firmware Version 1, Hardware Version 5? Because i know this make my SBrick work.

I have the Android app, but it is only possible to upgrade the firmware, not downgrade it.
