If your device can't connect to SBrick please follow the following instructions.

  1. Restart your device. It will help in the most case.
  2. If you use android please go to android bluetoth settings. Pairing your device with the SBrick. After the pairing unpair them.
  3. If still doesn't work please go to the Google Play and download our Simple Control application:
    Update your SBrick's firmware with this application. After the update please restart your device.
  4. If your SBrick still doesn't work properly, please fill out this form and our developers will help you.
