Hi Wolly,
When mine broke I checked with a generic Bluetooth scanner and I can't remember finding an unfamilair device.
Since then I sent my broken SBrick to Vengit for analysis. They replaced it for me. I suggest you talk to Vengit about your brick.
Sorry I cannot be of more help.

Hi Kees, one of my sbricks is recognized by the s2bot application on Windows, however it cannot initialize. Instead of the name 'sbrick' s2bot displays an alphanumeric : "BB-F245".
Have you tried your sbrick on Windows with s2bot? I wonder if you get a code as well.
Regards,
Wolly

Dear All,
One of my SBricks seems to be (ahem) bricked. Its LED no longer lights up when I power it up and it does not show up on the SBrick iOS app.
Is there a way to factory reset these babies?

Please write us an e-mail at info@sbrick.com, with the details, and we will help you! :)
