    Hello Andrew! 
    The problem will be the firmware version of your SBrick. You need to update it to the newest, it is 12. 
    Sometimes you need to try to update it more than once to succeed the update. 
    Please try to update it again, and contact us again.

    The aplication said that i already have latest firmware version, 12, so I can't update it  less
