  I making sure the phone or tablet doesn't sleep during OTA update (or play) why isn't there an option in the app to keep the device from sleeping? I have several apps that have this option so it should be possible.

I would expect it to take me to the latest unread message in the thread instead, so I don't have to manually find which is the latest message I haven't read.
  Hope you can find a way to implement that behaviour in the forum...

  A slightly longer blink would be enough as far as I am concerned, but turning it on is fine too. Is the LED single colour or does it appear to be a different colour due to the different intensity? If it is capable of emitting different colours you could use those to idicate state and ID the SBrick. Else you could decide to use a lower intensity for "on" and full intensiy for ID.
  How can I install the new firmware you mention?  less

  The sBrick hardware is useless without a decent app. While I am happy to have received my sBrick around the expected time and the quelity of the sBrick appears to be good, not having a working app within the same timeframe does detract from the overall experience
  The app appears to have been made only with phones in mind. I cannot use it in landscape mode except for some specific screens
  I was able to download the profiles in the market tab, but the app is going to need some serious help files! Rather than having to first create a set (only MOC for now) and blindly choose a profile (no indication of what each profile actually contains) it would be good to be able to select a profile and use it on the fly by adding a "configure" button on the profile screen. That way you can easily see and test profiles before...    less
