Then I can use a tachometer connected to the input. With a gearbox it will be possible to make a automatic transmission. If the axle is spinning faster than 10 rpm...change from gear 1 to 2. When it reaches 20 rpm....change to gear 3 and so on.
A couple of questions.
Is it based on a Arduino (or something else) or is it made from scratch?
Do anyone have any idea of what I can use.
If this idea works, I will not be selling it. Its just for personal use

At now, the apps only available for testing. The iOS app already sent to apple review process. We are working on to deliver apps to all supported platform when the first SBricks arrives from the factory.

Those who test the sbrick. How did they got the app if it isnt available on appstore. Is there a way to share apps with only a small group of people instead of the entire world?

There are multiple services exist for beta testink. For example we use TestFlight for the iOS app.

I have got an idea for a future SBrick project: include some kind of real working speed indicator.
