Simon Gornjak: Hello, I have a question. Would you post your SBrick to Slovenija? We are small country among Italy, Croatia, Austria and Hungary. We are in EU and of course in NATO
Héctor Corte-León: Hello. I'm a blogger using Wordpress. I have a special section every Monday called Lego Pic of the Week. A part from that, I'm dedicated to robotics, games, science fiction, personal projects... and cats. https://thebrickinthesky.wordpress.com/

Seeing that there are zero contest at the moment thought I would do my part and offered a "grand" prize of a model of the Petronas Twin Towers (I am no Bill Gates), but in above thread, asked perhaps Lego can up the prize or offer development.
Maybe with encouragement may try other ways to get Lego attention. less

I'm one of those LUG Ambassadors, and I started a discussion on the SBrick on the internal LEGO Ambassador forum (https://lan.lego.com). In my LUG (http://mbfr.org) I am the project leader for our new modular train layout system. When I saw the ridiculous prices for the 9V tracks, I started a discussion if we should better not start with the 9V track system but the RC tracks, and maybe use the SBrick for controlling the trains. As soon as the SBrick will be available, I'll get one to give it a test drive, and maybe we will order in bulk for our LUG. less

I would like to share some information about the SBrick with my students. Looking for some basic projects or info.. I would also like to advertise the product to the parents for the holidays. Kids are 5 to 13. All working with power functions
Check out this Kickstarter project by Mark Bollobas that introduces a Lego-compatible smart brick that lets you control your power-function vehicles with a smartphone via bluetooth. <a href=https://www.kickstarter.

Hi All!
We created an update for train fans. Our users usually configure multiple trains in one profile. The problem started when not all trains powered on and the profile not started. Now you can stop the discovery and run the profile if you want even if not all device connected. We hope this solves the problem. Any comments are welcome. :)

Profile Designer 1.4.96 is out now, with new addition to the Output values:
- Auto Brake: Now you can set the control's behaviour for the release.
- Output Curve: Set the sensibility of the slider and the joystick.

Ofc! :D
Forgot that even if I can't have a suitable Android demo, you certainly will be able to demo with your Python scripts and EV3 Dev. :)

I have got an idea for a future SBrick project: include some kind of real working speed indicator.
