  I have an iPad 10.5 inch when I create a profile 16.9 the profile will not show up. I have an iPhone 10 ratio show up and is the distorted on the screen. Can you help please

  When you made the profile in profile designer did you double click on each slider and give it a name and a name for the channel?  This is the only thing i can think of that would give you a blank page.  I am at the end of my knowledge, I cant reproduce the last picture with my iphone or ipad i get the correct info.  I have emailed the S Brick team and asked them to contact you as they can look at the profile and see if something is wrong and give you android advice.  Let me know how you make out.

  From the pictures the android program looks the same as the iphone program so go to the menu bar at the top of the program and select the lines on the left.  you should see, My creations, Sbricks, Tutorial support and logout.  Select Sbricks make sure the cat truck brick is on it will appear in a list if you also have the othert model brinck on.  Select the brick and it should open with the name and four ABCD outputs the LED tester and update Firmware.  You should be able to operat the truck functions with the red dot controls to energise each output.  If you dont see the brick to open then you have no power.  At the top Left their is a Firmware version it should be 17.  If necessary try the firmware update.

  Looking a my ipad sbrick program I scrolled down to the one I wanted to adjust and selected  the Gear wheel in the control profile I wanted to adjust.  When it opens select the gear wheel in the "Remote control profiles" This opens the sbrick settings. Press the + buttion and the Sbrick opens and select the correct output for the control.  You will be returned to the channel setting page and select the next Channel to be assigned. keek doing this until done. Then select the big save button at the bottom below the Clinonmeter setting.This will save your settings and bring you back the listing in the creation listing save again and you are returned to the complete list of all the creations you have made. Select the arrow and that will open the control profile ready for use. The X (close) buttion takes you back to the "my Creations" list if one of the controls is backwords you can select the gear wheel and again and in the Channel setting press the block in the invert direction...    less

  Make sure your brick is on when you load the profile in and get the message to setup a channel and you say yes the brick will open and you can assign your function to the brick inputs when done click the save  click on the arrow in the my creations section and the control should open.

  You have to make an image of what you want the layout to be in a drawing program the same size as the screen size of the control device. Save as a .png or .jpg Go into profile designer and look for resources. Find the background tab and load in your created jpg. Then in your profile load your created background in and shuffle the controls to match your back ground.

  I followed the recent message exchanges regarding Profile Designer and just finished testing with Chrome 51.0.2704.106 64 bit on profiles 11941, 11876, 11846 and 8491  the sliders work but the Points and Values and there variable ajustmensts dont show up in the menu for Joysticks but they must be there because the joysticks work correctly when the profile is added and the bricks are assigned in the OS version 4.1 on my iPhone 6+ my iPad Air and my iPad Pro  The first two are on OS 9.3.3 and the pro is on a beta of OS 10

  I am still having a problem with my OS app when entering the market place it starts the logo spinning and never competes.  The whole program is locked up and I have to turn the iPad off to clear the issue.  If I just leave the program when I return the logo is still spinning.
  As i posted over the weekend everyting else about the new program is working very well and this didnt start untill Sunday.  On another note I forgot that I was testing OS 10 on my iPad Pro and the new program works well with it except for the spinning logo issue in the market place. This happens now all the time with my iPad on OS 9 and the iPad Pro and sometimes on my iphone which is also on OS 9

I am having the same issue with my os on iPad app and found that once started the only way to clear the issue was to power off the iPad. It happens to me when moving from the market place public profiles to my private ones the display switches and shows 100 % and spins for ever. I also tried Safari to edit my profiles bit the values are still missing in the joystick.
  One last thing on my iPhone when seeking a private profile in the market place I can't scroll past the first four or five to the newest one.
  The rest looks and works very well these things will be fixed I am sure cheers Alex  less

  I read a post this morning from Ralph that said the delay I the IOS app can be fixed by up dating the brick firmware.  First where do you get the firmware update and second how to you apply it to the brick.  Is this part of the OS app?
